One-Time Purchase Policy
ONE VOICE CARE LLC provides non-recurring, pay-as-you-go service calls and care coordination packages. Each purchase is a single, one-time transaction with no ongoing payment obligations.
Cancellation & Refunds
Clients or their designated representatives may cancel a scheduled service session or unused package with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time by emailing care@onevoicecare.com or calling 1-(786) 206-3363. Completed companion calls and successfully arranged concierge tasks are non-refundable. Approved refunds for unused prepaid service packages will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
