Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Service Scope & Facilitation
ONE VOICE CARE LLC provides remote telephonic companion calls and concierge coordination. Third-party service providers (including, but not limited to, trade repair technicians, transportation drivers, and grocery delivery personnel) are independent third parties and contractors. ONE VOICE CARE LLC acts strictly as an authorized facilitator and concierge.
One-Time Fixed Purchases & Financial Authorization
Services are offered on a pay-as-you-go or fixed-package basis. ONE VOICE CARE LLC does not engage in auto-renewing subscription billing. Clients or their authorized family representatives explicitly authorize each transaction at the time of purchase. Any third-party costs incurred (such as grocery purchases or repair costs) are disclosed prior to billing or billed directly by the third-party vendor.
Limitation of Liability
ONE VOICE CARE LLC is not responsible or liable for the actions, omissions, quality of work, or delays of any third-party providers.
